Bio: Danny Kwan is a former Air Force recruiter. In 2001, while driving his father's car, Danny had been speeding around a corner, and had struck pedestrian Justin Gaines. Rather than rendering aid, he'd fled the scene, and his father had helped him cover it up, as he hadn't wanted it to affect Danny's future. Then, in early 2002, when Justin had learned it had been Principal Kwan's car that had hit him, he'd gotten his revenge for the hit-and-run by crushing Principal Kwan with his own car. However, after Clark Kent had realized that Danny had been behind the wheel, he'd convinced Danny to turn himself in to authorities.
