Bio: Will had been a janitor for LuthorCorp, and friends with fellow janitor Earl Jenkins. While working late at night in LuthorCorp Plaza in Metropolis, Will had been approached by Earl, who by then had been fired from his job at the LuthorCorp Fertilizer Plant in Smallville. Earl had demanded to speak with Lionel Luthor regarding Level Three and its secretive experiments, but Will had told him to go home, pointing out that that's the kind of talk that had gotten Earl fired in the first place. Unfortunately, Earl had suffered from jitters caused by mineral poisoning, and during one such bout, Earl had broken the glass of the Plaza's doors and in the process had accidentally killed Will.
