Bio: Felice Chandler is a former student of Smallville High. In early 2002, she'd run for class president, alongside Clark Kent, Sasha Woodman, and Paul Chan. As head cheerleader and president of the drama club, she'd had an edge in the race, espeecially after Paul Chan had been attacked by bees and hospitalized. Sasha Woodman had tried to intimidate her into dropping out of the race, but when Felice had refused, she too had been attacked by bees, sending her into a coma. It wasn't long after that that Clark Kent and budding journalist Chloe Sullivan had discovered that Sasha was a 'meteor freak' with the ability to control bees and that she'd been using her ability to eliminate the competition. In the end, though, Paul had won the race.
