Bio: Jeff Palmer is a former student at Smallville High. By early 2002, Jeff's sister Amy had become obsessed with Lex Luthor, who had employed his and Amy's mother as a servant in his household. In addition to working for Lex, Mrs. Palmer and her children had lived on the grounds of Lex's mansion, and it was there that Jeff had discovered some kryptonite-infected roses, the oils of which had allowed Jeff to turn himself invisible. He'd used this to his advantage, attacking first Troy Turner, a jock who had teased Amy about her obsession with Lex, and then Lex's girlfriend Victoria Hardwick. Believing Amy to be the invisible assailant, Lex had had her sent away, especially once a watch his mother had given him before she'd died had turned up in Amy's possession. Jeff had then gone after Lex, furious he'd chosen Victoria over Amy. Fortunately, Clark Kent had shown up and stopped Jeff, using a bucket of paint to turn Jeff visible again. Jeff had later been taken away in an ambulance, presumbly to be institutionalized.
